We understand that quality is paramount. That's why we only buy vehicles from trusted sources, such as regular auctions nationwide and registered auto dealers and brokers with proper registration with the prefectural police. We carefully select cars whose parts and engines can be sold or reused in the overseas market, ensuring that every purchase meets our high standards. We operate on a unique model where we don't maintain stock of engines or body parts.

Transportation

Once purchased, the cars are delivered to our yard using our established network of car carriers. Through our long-term partnerships, we secure special prices for inland transport, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on reliability

Dismantling:

Our trained and professional staff meticulously dismantle the cars using high-quality tools. Every step is taken to ensure that wiring and sensitive car parts are carefully removed and professionally packed for future use, guaranteeing the integrity of the parts. We offer two primary dismantling types to meet varying client needs:
● Half Cuts: We professionally pack 16 to 18 half-cut cars with rear body parts and rear suspension elements.
● Full Dismantling (Complete Knock-Down): We can load 30 to 40 vehicles completely dismantled in a 40ft container, depending on the size of cars.
Please note that for compliance reasons, airbags and car batteries are removed from all exported vehicles.

Loading and Shipping

We take extra care in loading the dismantled parts into containers, ensuring that they reach our clients overseas without breakage or damage. We work with all shipping companies to source the first available ship, ensuring timely and safe delivery to the final destination port.

Documentation:

Three days after the container has left Japan waters, we send all required documentation to our clients’ addresses via DHL, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.
